When three ‘troublesome’ teenage girls, in search of a Leaving Cert, find themselves with full scholarships to a private and mysterious finishing school, their parents think they’ve won the lottery. Their long-suffering teacher is doing her best to prepare them for exams, but the Headmistress seems more concerned with promoting the arts.
Song, dance and music seem to be all that’s on her mind as they practise for a public performance as part of the local Samhain festival. A creaky old house, bumps in the night and ghosts in the closet have the girls wondering if this opportunity is too good to be true.
Who can they trust, who can they turn to and what is really going on? Are they really in control of their own story, or are they merely pawns in someone else’s game?
Secrets, lies and the consequences of a broken heart will keep you on your toes throughout, and remember,
“When devils will the blackest sins put on
They do suggest at first with heavenly shows.” – Iago, Othello
