with Colin Stafford-Johnson

Lime Tree Theatre | 3rd November | 8pm | €19/€17

Join multi-award winning wildlife cameraman and presenter Colin Stafford-Johnson for an evening of hair raising stories from 30 years filming in some of the wildest places left on earth.

How can viewing a pen and ink sketch of a tropical bird at the age of six change your life? How do you become a wildlife cameraman? How do you end up naming the world’s most famous tiger?  What are the challenges filming the wild, the weird and the wonderful?

Filming and presenting the ‘Secret Life of the Shannon’, ‘Wild Ireland’ and ‘Living the Wildlife’ has lead to adventures in every corner of Ireland.

Hear about Colin’s most special wildlife encounters close to home and learn how to witness them for yourself in what promises to be a spell binding evening.

Watch: Colin gets up close to humpback whales in Ireland.
